Burial at Lakewood Cemetery, 3600 Hennepin Ave., Minneapolis, MN [an historic, park-like cemetery where many prominent local citizens are buried], Section PG21, Row 73, Grave 63; Cenotaph located at Victory Memorial Drive, Minneapolis, Minnesota. [In 1921 trees and memorials were erected there to honor the WWI dead of Hennepin County. After the memorial fell into disrepair, improvements were made and it was rededicated in June, 2011.]
