Additional Information: No information found about Private Clarence William Burke's parents' presumed divorce, but his mother remarried in 1916 to Thomas Gleeson and subsequently returned to her birthplace of Galion, Ohio. Her large family appear to have been well-known public figures in Galion. Her father, Isaac Koller Kunkel, was the founder of Kunkel Carriage Works, builders of horse-drawn and later motorized funeral cars and ambulances.
