Additional Information: Mother: per Private Luckner's burial card, his mother was Elizabeth Luckner (1866-?) "who is insane" and whose affiliation at that time (1920) was "Red Cross Home Service" in Cleveland, OH. Her guardian was noted to be Harris S. Taylor. The 1910 Census showed Elizabeth Luckner, age 44 and a widow, to be a patient at the Cleveland State Hospital (a state-supported psychiatric facility for long-term care). She was born in Germany, emigrated in 1890, and had one child. Father: no information found.
